A new IP taken from concept to launch with a live-services model underneath it, delivered by a 35-person co-development team.

Concept

Storm Runners is a top-down action auto-shooter set in a colorful post-apocalyptic world of ruins, monsters and powerful equipment.

Requirement

The partner sought a co-development studio to carry a new IP and mobile game from concept through to launch, with a live services support model behind it. The work was greenfield, so the delivery team had to manage and deliver across every part of full-cycle game design and development.

Approach

A dedicated producer and partnership director oversaw an embedded co-development team working alongside the partner's studio.

Growth and training plans were provided, along with cost projections that held across the development cycle. The full team ran to 35 developers.
