Concept art, style direction and a full art pipeline for a stylized multiplayer shooter, closed out 26% under budget.

Concept

Forge Horizon is a democratized shooter experience built on a stylized multiplayer concept.

Requirement

The partner wanted an art team to supply concept art, strategy and direction alongside a blockchain-based digital asset strategy.

Approach

The studio lead and partnerships director worked with the partner to set budget, scope and timeline, then produced art tests matched to the proposed style and to what the internal team could already carry.

The engagement ran past its original length so the group could keep managing the offshore teams, and it closed once every artist had converted to a permanent employee with the partner.
