A team is stood up against an existing operating base rather than founded from nothing. Evoc8 runs the production. The infrastructure underneath it is already there.
United States — onshore
Multiple offices and a national recruiting operation. The default where work has to sit close to a publisher, a platform holder or a first-party certification process, or where contracting has to be domestic.
Mexico — nearshore
Delivery and operations center in Guadalajara, with hubs in Mexico City and Monterrey. Bilingual teams on North American working hours, with local payroll and compliance handled in market. The usual answer when a studio wants a full working day of overlap against a different cost base.
India — offshore
Delivery and operations center in Pune. Depth across engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, QA, security and support, with recruiting and onboarding run locally. Where sustained throughput matters more than same-hours contact.
Japan — APAC
Dedicated delivery center in the Tokyo and Yokohama area. Local engineering and capability, recruitment delivery and account support for partners operating in the region. The practical base for work that has to sit inside APAC hours or inside a Japanese-language market.

Dedicated delivery center in London. Local engineering and capability, recruitment delivery and account support across the region. Where a UK or European partner needs delivery and contracting inside their own market and working day.

What this means in practice
Hours always overlap with your studio. That is the fixed point. Follow-the-sun coverage and variable shift patterns are both available where a schedule benefits from them, but no engagement is set up so that a question has to wait a day for an answer.
Delivery can run from any of the markets above, and supporting work can be run almost anywhere. Where the people sit is written into the statement of work, so it is a commitment rather than an assumption, and it stays visible if it changes.
