A seven-person team delivering a UI/UX overhaul for a browser-delivered, pixel-streamed enterprise virtual events platform.

Partner studio: Puny Human
An enterprise virtual-environment platform — showrooms, trade shows, onboarding and training — built on Unreal Engine and delivered to the browser through pixel streaming, so users need no local hardware and no install. Cloud infrastructure on AWS, with real-time voice and video layered in.
The partner needed a design and implementation overhaul of the platform's user interface and user experience. The constraints are unusual for a game team: the audience is enterprise rather than consumer, sessions arrive as a video stream with round-trip input latency, and the interface has to be legible and operable to non-gamers on arbitrary hardware and connections.
A seven-person team led by an executive producer designed and delivered the UI/UX overhaul, working across both the Unreal client and the streaming delivery layer.
The engagement ran on Unreal with Perforce and Plastic SCM, against AWS infrastructure and the platform's pixel-streaming and real-time communications stack.
Engine: Unreal Engine.
