Two console ports and a platform performance pass delivered alongside a live seasonal update, expanding a co-op survival RPG from three platforms to six.

Partner studio: Puny Human
A Norse-mythology co-op survival action RPG in which up to ten players defend a village against nightly waves of jötnar through an escalating seasonal structure. Dense enemy counts, procedural world generation and a persistent live content calendar make sustained frame-rate the central engineering constraint.
After a successful PC and PlayStation launch, the partner needed the title on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, timed to land alongside the Season 3 content update. That meant a platform port program against the widest possible hardware spread — from Series X down to Switch — without regressing the live PlayStation and PC builds or slipping the seasonal calendar.
A porting team took on platform and systems programming for the Xbox and Switch targets, working from the live codebase so port work and seasonal content could proceed in parallel rather than in sequence.
Game and render performance optimization ran continuously against the Switch profile as the binding constraint, with the Xbox targets validated behind it. Certification requirements for both platform holders were folded into the schedule rather than treated as a tail-end gate.
