Gaming and VR expertise brought into an enterprise AR/VR platform build after an earlier resource search stalled the project.

The partner developed Envrmnt, a digital stitching toolset for VR developers designed to create experiences from disparate data.
They needed a delivery team for an initiative to build an automated, service-oriented platform for gaming-related virtual and augmented reality experiences. Compatibility with diverse real-world media was crucial. An earlier resource search had lacked gaming expertise, causing delays and prompting the move to a consulting services team.
A tailored strategy for the delivery team included participation in specialized gaming and VR events, engagement in relevant tech and gaming forums, and in-person networking. That integration sharpened both the graphics and gaming expertise on hand and the quality of candidate evaluation.
The result was unusually early access to AR/VR talent in the enterprise cycle, taking an estimated 15% out of cost.
