How it is assembled
The library grows as studios and individual contributors join the network. Nothing lands here until the rights behind it are confirmed.

Contribute
A studio or an individual submits work through Join Us, or hands it over during partner onboarding.

Verify
Ownership and permission are confirmed before anything is catalogued. Where a client holds the rights, the asset stays out.

Catalogue
Each asset is tagged by discipline, contributor and type so it surfaces against a real production question rather than a folder name.

Publish
Public assets link straight through. Everything else sits behind a request so the boundary holds.

Refresh
Contributors update their own entries as work ships. Superseded assets come down.
Rights and permissions
Work shown here belongs to the studios and the individuals who made it. Evoc8 catalogues and presents it. Ownership does not move.
Client-owned material stays with the client. Where a contract, an NDA or a platform holder's terms prevent display, the asset is listed on request or left out entirely, and no client mark is shown.
Contributors keep control of their own entries. Anything can be withdrawn, and a withdrawal takes effect at the next publish.
